1. Digital Product Policy

  • Instant Delivery: Since all purchases made on [https://offersaga.com](https://offersaga.com) are digital software, guides, sheets, or downloadable assets, they are deemed “used” immediately upon delivery or download confirmation.
  • Final Sale: As a standard rule, all digital product sales are final. We do not offer traditional product returns, physical exchanges, or standard cooling-off periods since digital files cannot be physically returned or unsent.

2. Exceptions & Refund Eligibility

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your operational assets. We will consider individual refund requests within 14 days of the original purchase date under the following specific circumstances:

  • Corrupted or Broken Files: If a downloadable asset or link is corrupted, broken, or completely inaccessible, and our technical support team cannot resolve the delivery failure within 48 hours of notification.
  • Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If a processing error occurs and you are billed twice for the exact same digital asset, we will gladly issue an immediate refund for the duplicate transaction.
  • Product Mismatch: If the delivered blueprint or checklist is completely different from the description listed on the product checkout page.

3. Processing and Timelines

Once a refund request is reviewed and officially approved by our support team:

  • Transaction Method: The credit will automatically be issued back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card processed via Stripe).
  • Timeline: Most banking institutions and card issuers process standard refund credits within 5 to 10 business days. OfferSaga cannot expedite processing times managed by external financial institutions.

4. Late or Missing Credits

If you have received an approval confirmation from us but do not see the credit posted yet:

  1. Verify your bank statement or credit card ledger once more.
  2. Contact your credit card company or banking institution directly, as there is often a standard settlement delay before a credit is publicly posted.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage our customers to contact direct customer support prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their card issuer. We are fully committed to resolving any billing discrepancies or delivery issues quickly and amicably.
